Rent Payment

We make the payment process easy for our tenants with automatic checking withdrawals, accessible changes, and accept Visa and MasterCard. Please follow the instructions provided and have the information available listed below when proceeding with your payment.

  • The account number for Emmerich & Associates, Inc. (AND HelpRent, Co.), which is RT11267
  • Your street address and apartment number (Note: If your unit doesn’t have an apartment number, enter apartment no 1 when asked)
  • If paying by Automatic Withdrawal from checking, have a blank check handy for some of the account information. If paying by CHECKING and or Savings account, THERE IS NO FEE ACCESSED
  • If paying by Credit Card, your account number and expiration date. Note: a 2.75% fee will be added to all credit card transactions (Credit Card /Debit Card transactions). This user fee is charged by the credit card company.  Emmerich Properties does not receive any income from these fees.

Maintenance

Our staff strives to provide prompt and efficient maintenance to our tenants when they need it the most. If the maintenance request is made outside of regular business hours, please be sure to describe the problem, and we will try to address it as soon as possible. Our office staff will have a member of our Field Service Team paged if during normal business hours.

For EMERGENCY maintenance requests after business hours please call 715-359-1500.

For non-emergency maintenance requests, submit Maintenance Request form below.
